Jennifer is the first point of contact for most patients at our practice. She is happy to schedule your appointment and assist you with insurance questions.
In addition to her front office manager tasks and opticianing, Jennifer coordinates referrals to specialists and communication with your primary care doctor regarding your eye health.
Theresa is our back office administrator and Dr. Falcon’s Fairy Godmother! She performs the many unseen and thankless administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly.
Nina Falcon
Nina is the newest member of our staff! She loves belly rubs, hot dogs, and cheddar cheese. She can be found lounging under doc’s desk on paperwork Fridays!
