Our Mission

Guided by the belief that everyone deserves the care we’d give our own family, we combine advanced innovation with the roots of holistic medicine. We look beyond the eyes to care for the whole person, providing everything from specialized vision therapy and advanced dry eye relief to routine exams and ocular aesthetics.

Our History

The story of Falcon Family Eyecare began with a chance meeting in 2012 at Barnet Dulaney Perkins in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Dunn, then a final-year optometry intern at her first clinical rotation, met lead technician Stephanie Pilcher. The two formed an enduring friendship that continued through Stephanie’s own journey to becoming an optometrist. Following Dr. Dunn’s move to Arizona in 2022, their professional bond deepened into a collaborative mentorship, paving the way for them to partner together in the acquisition of the practice.

About Us
