Our Team

Dr. Stephanie Pilcher has been an optometrist since 2020. She has worked in the eyecare industry for the past 20 years. Prior to returning to school for her doctorate, Dr. Pilcher has worked in specialties as a Certified Ophthalmic technician with Cornea, Cataract, Retina, Glaucoma and Oculoplastic specialists. Curving her knowledge of the eye. Dr. Pilcher is also certified now for Myopia Management and is ready to see your family!

Dr. Pilcher was raised in Yuma, Arizona. She is an Alumni of the Yuma High School Criminals, the Arizona State University Devils as well as Midwestern University College of Optometry.
In her off time, she likes to spend time with her family raising her three girls with her husband of 20+ years. You can usually catch chickens and turkeys in her backyard. Along with learning how to garden.

Dr. Dunn graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2013 and then completed a residency at the Roseburg VA in Roseburg, Oregon specializing in geriatric care and ocular disease.After completing her residency, she opened a private practice as well as becoming an assistant professor at Pacific’s College of Optometry. Dr. Dunn provides comprehensive and medical eye exams for the entire family, with a specialty in dry eye disease.

Since the start of optometry school, Dr. Dunn has been highly active in organized optometry. As a student she represented her school on the AOSA Board of Trustees, and in her fourth year of school was elected the Vice President of all the optometry schools in North America. Since graduation she has served on several committees within the American Optometric Association, served five years on the board for the Oregon Optometric Physicians Association and is the Executive Director for the Arizona Optometric Association.

Dr. Dunn was awarded Young OD of the year for Oregon in 2018, the American Optometric Association Media Advocacy Award in 2022 and the Social Media award in 2023 in Oregon.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Dunn enjoys spending time traveling with her husband and kids or surrounding herself with other women of faith in adventures.

Jennifer brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to helping the practice run smoothly and making sure patients feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
With a background in optometric practice operations, Jennifer has experience supporting the many moving pieces behind a great patient experience, from coordinating day-to-day workflows and keeping the office organized to helping patients navigate their care with clarity and confidence. She enjoys solving problems, improving the way things work, and being someone both patients and partners know they can count on.

What Jennifer values most is the personal side of eye care. She believes a visit to the eye doctor should feel comfortable, friendly, and never rushed or impersonal, and she takes pride in helping create that kind of experience for every patient who comes through the practice.
